Day 6 #KETO
🍽 MEALS
Afternoon: some roast beef, 2 meat balls, 2 cups of curd (=qatiq), a lot of salad,
Evening: some roast beef, a lot of salad
Drink: ~ 3 litres of water and some tea
❌ NO SNACKS
🏋️♂️EXERCISE
- only some push-ups (yesterday was a rough day)
💡 INSIGHTS
- I feel like I'm starting to crave again. This may have something to do with my coming to my hometown: my mom's delicious meals and nice fruit.

P.S: Today is a weigh-in day; I'm excited.
