🍽 MEALS
Morning: 2 eggs, some meat, one chicken + 40 grams cashew (pic. below)
Evening: 2 chicken kebabs and 1 beef kebab, with bahor salad (pic. below)
❌ NO SNACKS
- a lot of tea and water
🏋️♂️EXERCISE
- 12,000 steps
- 50 push-ups and squads
- stretching
- football
💡 INSIGHTS
- I did not feel any fatigue during the football match, which I normally would: THE POWER OF KETOSIS
- I am doing intermittent fasting.
