As a result, they become more financially literate and secure, which can be beneficial in the long run. As for the work aspect of this decision, they can gain some experience, contributing to future job prospects. Experience they gain from working in their spare time might be one of the important factors of receiving high salary and getting a white-collar job, allowing them to be employed in a high positions. Take Google as an example, one has to have IT or marketing background in order to be employed in this company.
