Overall, what stands out is that albeit to fluctuations and varying degrees, there was a rise in the volume of enquiries in person and by phone through out the given period while the opposite was true for letters/emails requesting information.

Looking at the upward trends first, there were 900 requests by telephone in January, after which that figure declined to 800 in February prior by March. Although a stable trend was observed March and April, the number of people calling for information saw a surge as it doubled and peaked at 1600 by June. Regarding in-person requests, similar pattern could be seen. However, the tourist office displayed a steady growth: first there were around 450 visitors in January before that went up to 800 in March and, but then grew exponentially to the highest point at 1900 in June.
Turning to the only and continuous downward trend in terms of people sending letters/emails, despite standing at 750 in January, the number of such enquiries fell minimally to 700 in March. By May, however, there was a more substantial drop to just below 400. The period between May and June experienced a somewhat stable trend remaining at almost 400.
