Looking at the first two meals of the day in detail, with a minimal difference, people consume Saturated fat and Added sugar more in Breakfast meals, both at 16% each, compared to Sodium at 14%. When it comes to Lunch time, Sodium intake tops the chart at 29%, followed by Saturated fat at 26%, whereas the consumption rate of Added sugar tends to be exponentially less at 16%
