▫️women who have a child under the age of 14 (a child with a disability under the age of 16), including one in their care;
▫️persons caring for a sick family member.
❗️Part-time work does not entail for the employee any restrictions on the duration of the annual basic leave, calculation of work experience and other labor rights and is paid in proportion to the time worked or depending on the output.
