✅ According to the new Labor Code,
the amount of severance pay depends on the length of service with the given employer, and is:
➖ for employees with work experience
up to 3 years - from 50% of the average monthly salary;
➖ for employees with work experience
from 3 to 5 years - from 75% of the average monthly salary;
➖ for employees with work experience
from 5 to 10 years - from 100% of the average monthly salary;
➖ for employees with work experience
from 10 to 15 years - from 150% of the average monthly salary;
➖ for employees with more than
15 years of work experience - can not be less than 200% of the average monthly salary.

The current Labor Code establishes that the amount of severance pay cannot be less than the average monthly salary.
