Munira Begmuratova:
👩💻 Senior Software Engineer and Community Leader at “Toptal”, a prestigious global network that represents the top 3% of IT talent. She actively speaks at both local and international events, where she promotes information technology and entrepreneurship among young people.
🏛 Driven by her desire to study in an environment that encourages independence and critical thinking, Munira chose Westminster International University in Tashkent, as it aligned with her values and ambitions.
🔜 Looking to the future, Munira aims to launch her own startup. Throughout her journey, she is dedicated to supporting others in realizing their entrepreneurial dreams and structured plans.
Mushtariy Khamidullaeva:
👨🏫 English teacher and trainer in Uzbekistan, focused on empowering educators through innovative, learner-centered methodologies. Her collaboration with the British Council and involvement in national projects have supported the professional growth of over 200 teachers, enhancing their classroom practices and teaching methodologies.
🎓 With a transformative education from Cardiff Metropolitan University, she emphasizes critical thinking and independent learning in her teaching. Mushtariy aims to expand teacher training initiatives in Uzbekistan, promoting inclusive and effective educational practices. By developing sustainable programs, she aspires to make a lasting impact on education in her country.
