Detox on any screens for that matter
Back in holiday period of time (at the end of 2024),I got a chance to live without my telegram account which is the most used app on my phone unfortunately for a very short period of time like 2 or 3 days, resulted in some stress-free days. We are so caught up in our phone,me included, meaning that this rabbit hole doesn't allow us to stay by ourselves. Even we don't give a second thought to ponder about it huh?! We are so tied and addicted to our digital devises in a way that even we are with our close ones like friends or family members,we in every two seconds take a close look at notifications bothering us, leading to bad relationship. By extension,it is also killing our focus and creativity. Even I don't understand many things, since I was privileged to use a phone since my childhood. Attention spans are literally shrinking or declining all around the world because of these addiction we have. We can't really focus on one thing for significant amount of time. Who can read a book for 2 hours non-stop,who is doing so in actual fact. Can we be parents for our children tomorrow (down the road) with this kinda lifestyle we are in or should we get ready by learning to live without these addictions or so?
Pondering about it probably helps us to get back on track a bit so
