more than THREE HUNDRED job applications. so many rejections. hundreds of hours of grinding leetcode. online assessments. one interview after another after another after another. not gonna lie, i lost countless hours of good sleep and stressed way more than i should have over this. but it’s finally done.
i got TWO INSANE job offers: one from bloomberg and one from meta (working on instagram), both in NEW YORK CITY. we LOCKED IN for real this year and mashallah the hard work paid off. i’m making my decision official soon, but either way, there is no going wrong with either company. THE BAG IS SECURED. stay tuned for a DOUBLE graduation with a concurrent masters and bachelors, NYC content, and “day in the life of a software engineer” vlogs. as we say in tadjik, chashm narasat. i’m not normally in for bragging, but when things are a SUCCESS AFTER TOUGH TIMES, REVEL IN YOUR HARD WORK.
