- Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and SQL/ClickHouse;
- Python knowledge is a plus;
- Understanding of key performance metrics in FoodTech: CPO (cost per order), CTE, Defect Rate, Utilization, etc.;
- Experience in building and automating operational processes in various business areas;
- Data analysis skills for deriving insights and rapidly implementing changes.
📕 Soft Skills:
- Proactiveness, result-oriented mindset, and a structured approach to tasks;
- Systems thinking and effective project management skills;
- Ability to build productive communications with different team members: developers, analysts, and business stakeholders;
- Skills in managing client expectations and monitoring project deadlines.
