How do you think the endings of the movies should be distributed?
Lowkey watching most movies/shows lost suspense for me. Any mid-plot action loses meaning because come on bro, they will somehow lead it to a happy ending. Maybe one of the reasons Arcane left such a deep impression is because of it's finale.
Okay, so how should the movie endings be distributed to maximize the aftertaste emotions?
My proposals:
1. Half super good, half super bad: this way all movies cause extreme emotions, and you don't know how good the ending will be. Con: sometimes you want to watch a mild movie, and this type will have to be gone.
2. Normally distributed, with one tail being super happy ending and the other tail super sad endings. On a second thought, don't really like this distribution, because most movies will turn into bland documentaries.
3. Equally distributed in [super sad, super happy]. Pros: you truly don't know the ending. This is probably the best distribution.
Probably money dictates its own rules. Lekin orzuga ayb yo'q.
