➡️ What do you usually do in the morning?
➡️ In the morning, I usually wake up around 6:30 AM. The first thing I do is drink a glass of water to rehydrate after a night's sleep. Then, I spend about 15 minutes doing some light stretching or yoga to get my body moving. After that, I take a shower and get dressed for the day. Breakfast is important for me, so I make sure to have something healthy, like oatmeal or a smoothie. Once I'm done with breakfast, I check my emails and plan my tasks for the day before heading out.
