My short trip to Jeddah 🚗🌴
1. First of all, when I arrived in Jeddah, it reminded me of old Tashkent from 2010: no high-rise buildings and no busy roads. 🏙️
2. The city is very calm and peaceful; I enjoyed every moment spent there. 🌊
3. The beaches 🏖️ are nice too; it would be even better if the government added more amenities, but overall they are good. 🌅
4. Jeddah surprised me with the absence of traffic lights 🚦 and intersections, which usually cause long and heavy traffic jams. 🚗
5. People are kind to one another. We were looking for someone to take a photo of us, but no one was passing by. However, a random guy approached us and offered to take a picture. 📸We chatted a bit, and he was Saudi.
6. I've never been to Dubai, but I think Jeddah is more suitable for those looking for a place where they can walk around without feeling self-conscious about how people are dressed, as Islamic culture is prevalent here. 🧡
