Fellowship
βοΈJob Duties:
β Deliver engaging lessons, create a positive learning environment, and adapt teaching methods to meet student needs.
β Guide and support students academically and personally, helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
β Develop lesson plans aligned with educational standards and adjust them based on student progress.
β Work with parents, school staff, and local communities to improve student learning outcomes and foster a supportive educational environment.
β Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and collaboration with other fellows to enhance teaching skills.
π Candidate Requirements:
β Ability to explain concepts clearly, engage students, and communicate effectively in at least two of these languages: English, Russian, Uzbek.
β Ability to lead a classroom, solve problems in under-resourced schools, and take initiative in implementing creative teaching methods.
β Willingness to work in remote or rural areas, adapt to different learning environments, and handle diverse student needs.
β Ability to work with school staff, students, and community members while being open to mentorship and professional development.
