It’s been months since I’ve last read a book, more if we’re only counting physical copies.
I used to read hundreds of pages a day, under a lamp late at night with my parents telling me to go sleep every other hour. I haven’t been doing that lately which is understandable, but still a shame considering how much I love it.
Slowly I’m trying to get back into it. I bought this book for my sister (shout out to her, she’s rly cool) but I thought I would read it for myself first.
A piece of advice I’m trying to follow is to take your time while reading, try to understand everything and think to yourself as you read. It makes the experience so much better and allows you to reach deeper into the book and really appreciate the writing
Can’t give too many thoughts yet on this one, I heard Camus is famous for his absurdism but I don’t see it yet in the beginning of this book. I’d love to know what I should read next so feel free to lmk what recs / your favorite book is :)
gn everyone!
