CAU Hosts Representatives of Grameen Trust from Bangladesh
Recently, Central Asian University welcomed Ms. Tasmina Rahman, Managing Director, and Mr. Md Abdul Matin, Deputy General Manager, from Grameen Trust (GT). The organization, founded by Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus in 1989, has been operating as a non-profit organization focused on poverty eradication and unemployment reduction through innovative projects in microfinance and social entrepreneurship.
The visit from Grameen Trust representatives marked an important milestone for our social business initiative, "Ayol" Public Fund, inspired by the Grameen model. This initiative was launched following the visit of Professor Muhammad Yunus to CAU last year, which had a profound impact on our community and inspired the creation of similar projects.
This visit was another significant step toward creating sustainable and effective solutions that can greatly improve the lives of communities and foster their economic development.
We are committed to continuing the implementation of these initiatives and eagerly anticipate the success of our future collaborations.

During the meetings and discussions, we worked on refining the business model and explored further collaboration opportunities. We discussed the development of microfinance and social enterprises, as well as new opportunities for implementing projects aimed at addressing global issues of poverty and unemployment.
This visit was another significant step toward creating sustainable and effective solutions that can greatly improve the lives of communities and foster their economic development.
We are committed to continuing the implementation of these initiatives and eagerly anticipate the success of our future collaborations.
