Uzbek Commodity Exchange JSC (URTS) reported its key efficiency indicators for 2024FY, with sales reaching 427.6bln UZS (+13.5%) and net income at 319.7bln UZS (+39.5%).

The Supervisory Board has recommended a dividend payout of 382 UZS per share, which would allocate 44.8% of net income to dividends.

Overview:
- Uzkabel JSC will invest 30 bln UZS to increase the authorized capital of its affiliated company, UNITED CABLE-CO LLC;
- Foton JSC will repurchase shareholders' shares as part of its transformation into an LLC;
- KDB Bank JSC reduced the value of its assets by 12%, or 1.5 bln UZS;
- Ipoteka-bank (IPTB) JSCB will write off 30% of the loan debt of two enterprises: 158.2 bln UZS of Parvoz Xumo Ravnaq Trans LLC Group’s debt and 70.6 bln UZS of Sangzor-Textile LLC’s debt;
- Kapitalbank (KPBA) JSCB has approved a loan for MAKESENSE LLC;
- Agrobank (AGBA) JSCB will issue 1.36 bln additional shares worth 1.58 trln UZS. The shares will be placed through a private subscription, with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan as the primary buyer, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF-205 (12.12.2023), Resolution No. PQ-312 (07.09.2024), and Resolution No. PQ-67 (19.02.2025);
- Shareholder Isamatova Shoira (Devhub JSC) has offered the remaining shareholders to buy shares due to an increase in her stake to 53.04%.

In January, the number of real estate transactions increased by 17.4%. Average prices for secondary housing rose by 4.6% y-o-y, while in Tashkent, they declined by 2.3%, and rental prices fell by 10.7%.
