On the one hand, i have been sleeping 5 hours since 1 week. Maybe this is because my scores have been decreasing. Additionally, when i got higher scores, i was sleeping less than 6 hours. can only 1 hours of sleep have huge imptact on my sleep? I dont think so as it depends on knowledge, if i had a more knowledge, i would achieve higher score, i didnt mean ielts which i took big break. On the other hand, probably it really depend on sleep, for example, one day i had exam on english a year ago but i didnt sleep at that time for preparing for test whole night. Subsequently, the exam day came, i was reading question bucklet, then i didnt know how i felt asleep. In conclusion, my one side argue that if i have a good knowledge, i can get high score regardless my sleep routine, my other side beleive that i need to take a rest before exam which it could lead to serious consequences like fell asleep on exam or healthy issues.
🥲I guess it is better to take enough rest before exam.
