There was a skinny guy who had no appetite whatsoever doing only his studies. He used to wear clothing with long sleeves only, even during summer, for he was shy of his weak skinny arms. On one day of summer, he starts to hit the gym with an approximate weight of 60 kg and no strength in his upper body. So he ends the summer with an additional 10 kg to his weight and no shyness of his body. What he did wasnt universally applicable to everyone but for many. Here we go:
1. Intense physical activity: as mentioned, he was a man of study and often did some sports. It is important for one, if they want to gain muscle mass, to be physically active and gym is the place to go. Just hitting gym isnt a thing, you must beat your full strength in here aiming for failure sets all the time, which he did also. He had a gym session every other day and spent here around 3 hours of torture.
2. Food: one of the most crucial aspects for one's physical growth is the food they eat. He, after starting the gym and giving it his all, ate like a horse. He then bulked a little but now following a strict diet. It means the things you consume affect both your physical and mental well-being too. (Not sure abt the second one but still)
3. Hormones: doing cardio increases male's testosterone levels, in turn, high testosterone results in absorption of all protein the one consumes leading to a better muscle growth. He hit around 80-85 kms per week, 25-ish km per session. Yes, he is a dumb guy putting his body to extreme and played football a lot so, but a normal human being needs only around 30-40 minutes of run i guess.
He did these things since God loves his strong slaves and got to 70 kg, which i advise you the same. It wasn't him, just God wanted. Assalamu alaikum
