I’ve recently added this task to my calendar—it’s now my daily habit to review my goals.
It has a powerful effect. Trust me, reading your goals for just 15 minutes a day helps you stay focused and move toward them.
Of course, just reading them won’t get you there. But it will constantly remind you of what truly matters, helping you stay on track.
Since starting this habit, I’ve eliminated most of the unrealistic and unnecessary goals from my list. Now, I’m in the process of building systems for my yearly goals.
