As a part of my training program I am observing the main teachers at Inter Nation.
Having seen 12 teachers in the last three days, I can say
You cannot be a great teacher unless you have a great personality.
There are interpersonal skills like compassion, tolerance, a common sense or even simply kindness that cannot be really developed. These skills are usually obtained during childhood, some people say until a person reacher six, and very hard to change.
You can have your bachelor and master degrees in teaching, but if you do not have a great personality students will not love you; as a result, it will be very difficult to teach them.
