Spending 6 years of my life on learning English changed my entire perspective.
What does worth to spend time on it that much?

I still don't know enough....

random notes about my recent research:

→forcing yourself to do some particular things you may not get as much as benefit.
→wanting something makes it more enjoyable and more likely that you get the expecting result
→If you can't form one habit easily, that doesn't mean that you can not form another habit easily

Building a habit could be a difficult things but when you can not do something that you intended to do daily, don't compensate it by doing the double next day.
Try to building a habit could lead you to many challenges for the first 21 days and the next 21 days try to maintain those habits instead of adding news ones.

What we do habitually makes much of what we do entirely

©️Andrew Huberman

From the research psychology literature with each repetition of a habit small changes occur in the cognitive and neural mechanisms associated with procedural memory

The neuroscience of memory:

episodic memory: a recall of a particular set of events that happened
procedural memory: holding in mind the specific sequence of things that need to happen in order for particular outcome to occur

#important

Transformation just started. 🙂

what is the definition of pain?

Next target for the next 7 days:

→ completing the new book
→ completing 300 more questions from math
→ 100 questions from English part of the SAT
→ +10% of Calculus
→ +20% for High School Chemistry
→ learning 100 vocabularies

I hope that's enough for the next week.
Have a great weekend

I'll do a checklist on the next Saturday InshaAllah

So,

It's been more than a week since I wrote a post on my channel. Today, that day came 😅
In these days I have a lot to do in every single hour which is not letting me to write about my insights about my experience

Teaching SAT:

Well, it is getting better as I am learning more and working with each student personally. I am spending most of my time in order to create a good lesson plan for them.

My personal studies:

nothing new so far. Only have a sort of eagerness to feeling the feeling and emotion when I got 1500 and I am doing all I can in order to make it happen.
Within a 15-day-period, I have completed over 300 questions with my students during the lessons and mostly I am making 3-4 questions incorrect out of 50. It's getting harder and harder to make some spare time for myself and studies.

Additional notes:
Not sleeping much, I am sleeping around 5 -6 hours per day which is absolutely normal for my age I hope 😅

→ I am starting a new book to read, I'll be writing my reflections to my channel about it
→ Learning coding as much as I can
→ SAT. Achieving my target score in March exam. (1500+ as I mentioned earlier)
→ Starting GYM from February.

I really liked to write some of my reflections in order to understand the meaning of my actions towards my goals.

anyone online now?

I like doing SAT but when I write the answer for the question this is what happens😅

I must build "Alibaba"

The owner of Alibaba, Jack Ma wanted to get accepted to Harvard University and applied 10 times which means 10 years 😅

Now he can buy 3 Harvard University with the company that he has built.

Think carefully about what you might be missing!

When I talk in english: Using vocabulary that Shakespeare used to use
In Uzbek: Anuv nimaydi and mak mak.

Why is that?
In English I have a thoughtful mind while in Uzbek it is just procrastinator .
In English I write a lot of sentences full of meaning but in Uzbek "Menining ismim Xislat" 😁

In English I am really good at looking for information but in uzbek "kampitur uchun dendi"

In English I can understand texts better, in Uzbek "shunaqa bo'lgan ekanda xullas and I'll skip"

Hayotning eng chuqur nuqtasiga yetib qoldik, motivatorlarda motivation qolmadi, bizda nima bo'lsin endi? 🤣
