Last week I decided to delete social media, which I used, and sometimes use 5 minutes each day as I want to express my opinion about reading a book recently. Believe it or not, I almost spend 10 hours in a day; it was really bad habits. During last week I followed a challenge that I may use only 5 minutes in a day, but today I must break challenging because of the football match Real Madrid vs. Barcelona. 😅, after watching, I return challenging in sha Alloh. Oh, what are you doing for challenging yourself these days?
