After 9 days of successfully resisting sugar, I accidentally broke the streak—by drinking lemon tea! 🗿 Turns out it had sugar in it, which I only realized later.
Here's a little bit about my experience during this challenge:
In these 9 days, I lost around 0.5 kg. (Ironically, I spent the last couple of months struggling to gain that weight.) However, I’ve noticed a positive shift—my cravings for sugar have significantly decreased.
Additionally, I’ve started eating more fresh foods and fruits, which provide natural glucose to make up for the lack of added sugar. This change feels healthier and more sustainable overall.
