Looks we are re-uniting in Philly

Full time offer received, transfer request approved:

After a successful completion of my internship with Deloitte, I got an offer to return full time in Fall 2027 - after I finish a 1 year Master’s Program and pass the CPA exams.

However, what I’m happier about is that I could transfer to the Philadelphia Office. I did my internship in Tampa, but my wife is in Philadelphia, and relocating would be the best outcome for me.

It was FULL of uncertainty. Philadelphia is a competitive office. They recruit from Villanova, Penn, and a lot of other great schools WITHIN a mile of the Philadelphia office. Everyone, including my recruiter, kept telling me it can’t be guaranteed, but they’ll try. I communicated the need to transfer to everyone in the office, including the lead partners in my home office Tampa.

Eventually, it got approved. I don’t know what played a role - maybe it’s pure luck. But no matter what, I’m extremely happy it worked out. The next chapter is Philadelphia.

Let’s go, EAGLES 🦅

Our professional team has been helping hundreds of students from the regions unlock new academic paths and proving that “elite systems” cant block opportunities when theres enough passion and hard work.

our mission from day one was simple: bring global-level education to students no matter where they are.
2023: 6 students
2024: 32 students
2025: 200+ students

and these numbers keep growing.

we never claimed we pioneered AP education in Central Asia :) external approval isnt something we’re chasing either.

we know what we’re building and who we’re building it for.

team, cheers up!!

Lots of students always ask me, what is the best way for me to show to American universities that I am ready to be academically challenged. There are so many ways by which you can show that you are cracked. Great examples would be 1500+ SAT, 34+ ACT, multiple APs, if you are lucky (or rich) you also could do A levels.

However, the best possible way to do is via showing that you survived the most academically challenging curriculum for high schoolers: IB.

Now, there are multiple IB schools even here in Uzbekistan. Yet, if you hear their prices, you would just feel ashamed to even ask your parents to pay for those enormous fees. So what to do? Apply to UWC. UWC is an outstanding program which is not just going to provide you with IB courses, but also will help you to demonstrate to top unis that you were selected among thousands of students, let alone lived abroad alone and fostered your independence.

For the last 3 years now, I’ve been involved in UWC myself. For the very last selection process which ended this spring, 3 out of 5 “winners” (also known as nominees) were my students. This made me think if I could possibly outperform my last year’s results this year, and I decided to challenge myself.

I will be selecting the most ambitious students from Uzbekistan and prepare them to become the finalists of UWC. If you want to be one them, send your CV to @Boburjon_work. I will select specific amount of students for the interview stage, followed up by selecting 10 students to prepare overall. The last day to send your CV is going to be August 16. Hurry up!

P.S, you have to be 16-17 in order to apply, so take this into consideration.

Sometimes we get so obsessed with contributing to something bigger and solving bigger problems that we give less attention to the people and things closest to us.

Maybe balance isn’t something we simply understand. Sometimes, it’s something we only learn through experience.

🇺🇿 The 2026 International Olympiad in Informatics starts today in Tashkent.

🏆 The IOI is the ultimate coding competition for high-school students. Years ago, many members of the Telegram team won medals there.

🤝 To support the best young programmers in the world, Telegram will award the 235 winners exclusive digital collectibles — Algorithm Cups — worth at least $117,000 in total.

🕌 It’s fitting that IOI is hosted in Uzbekistan — the homeland of Al-Khwarizmi, the father of algebra whose name became the word “algorithm."

Let the best algorithm win! 💪

just going through the Girls Education Fund applications and noticed something really nice :)

a lot of our board members already started inviting applicants into their own mentorship programs and connecting them with professionals.

our board got people working across the U.S. in different fields, so its really nice seeing those connections already turn into actual opportunities for the girls

fun fact tho.if ur ambitious enough and got strong language skills, theres also a chance to join our Mentorship with Professionals program.

sometimes one share really does find the right person

Btw, on my way to Samarkand

-ona Vatan 😁
