People have different views as to whether media provide with only vital information, or if it should contain entertainment shows.
While only presenting information has clear benefits in terms avoid fake information, I believe that having balance between them brings much greater benefits related to social bonding.

On the one hand, supporters of fact-based media argue that its main responsibility is to provide the public with accurate and unbiased information.Reliable sources help people stay informed about social problems, daily news and political affairs,enabling them to make well-informed decisions.For instance, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, the vast majority of people had no choice but to watch Tv in order to isolate themselves and their family members from others, accurate reporting was crucial to prevent misinformation and panic at that time result in presenting factual information helps maintain journalistic integrity and prevents sensationalism, which can mislead audiences.
On the other hand, many people people including me, believe that adding shows which can boost or change individuals mood. Providing that news and information are presented in a dull manner, people may lose interest and disengage from important issues. satirical news programs use humor to discuss serious topics, making them more accessible to younger audiences. Additionally, incorporating entertainment elements into media can help reduce stress and improve mental well-being. Many people turn to television, social media, or online platforms not only for news but also for relaxation and enjoyment to spend quality times with family after hard studying day.Thus, if it is not for entertaint programs on tv, people highly unlikely isolate themselves from others and high level of stress.

To conclude, While only presenting reliable information has clear benefits associated with avoiding fake information,I believe that offering entertaining tv programs have more positives than harms related to social bonding.
