✅ Morning routine (May - December) ✅
1. Do you like to get up early? ✅
During weekdays yes, I do so that I can be more productive and get lots of things done. If I get up early, I may have extra time to be fully ready for a day, but on weekends I much prefer to sleep in, I may stay in bed until 9.
2. What is your morning routine? ✅
It is quite simple, I get up at around 7, make my bed and prepare something delicious for breakfast, also, more often than not, I may walk to get some fresh air and be wide awake. After having breakfast, I leave for my university at around 8.
3. Do you like the morning or the evening? ✅
I am an evening person, I usually stay up late, it's like a habit for me not to sleep on time, yeah, I have some problems with my sleep pattern, I usually practice my spoken English, or I may read a book, in the evening I am free from distractions and interruptions, I can enjoy my own company.
4. Is breakfast important? ✅
Yes, 100%. I can't stress enough the importance of having breakfast. It is crucial not to skip breakfast as it provides sufficient energy for people. Unless you have your breakfast, you are likely to be less concentrated during the whole day. Even with an empty stomach, you might feel cranky, grumpy.
