As some of you have correctly mentioned, the problem is the word "about", which is the result of a direct translation from Uzbek. The verb "discuss" should be followed directly by an object without this preposition.
"Today we're going to discuss about changing the company's logo."
However, you MUST use this preposition after the phrase "have a discussion":
"Today we're going to have a discussion about changing the company's logo."
A bit wordy but grammatically correct nonetheless.
