Peace. A rare currency of which the man lack. How can peace be acquired? It is not a commodity, not a substance not a feeling. It just either stays there or not.
Meditation? No, it is just a cheap trick therapists invented when they couldn't hold maniacs.
Well, then how? Here is how-
You are gonna wake up at 2 AM, you are gonna wash your face, you are gonna open your window, you are gonna take a chair, you are gonna sit on that chair, you are gonna close your eyes, you are gonna let your head rest. You are gonna overthink. You are gonna be stressed. You are gonna be anxious. You are gonna feel pain. You are gonna get overwhelmed. You are gonna stop right there. You are gonna tell yourself you embrace this pain. You are gonna embrace that feeling. Not working? Then, try harder. Hit yourself. Then breather. Working? Good. Now, you are not gonna sleep until the sun comes. You are not gonna have breakfast nor lunch. You are just gonna stay silent the whole day. You speak as many few words as you can during the day. You are not gonna use your phone. You are gonna have only dinner. You repeat the process for 3 days. After 3 days, you are gonna sit and reflect what you feel now on the paper. You write everything you are going through. You let yourself free.
