I don't have a sleeping schedule anymore. It's not a routine. It has become sleeping freestyle. I sleep whenever, wherever, however. I seriously need to fix it 🤦‍♀

This is a special post for semi-finalist UGRADers.

My dear friend I heard you got accepted as a semi-finalist, Congratulations 🎊 I am so happy for you making it through other thousands of applicants. I have quick tips for you that might be useful for the interview stage.

1. Prepare. This might seem like a joke, but what I mean by this is prepare from the bottom of your heart. Do not procrastinate. Use every second mindfully. Practice with your friends, teachers, family, with whoever knows how to read in English. Practice makes it better. I speak from my own experience. I could not speak non-stop for 10 seconds when I got my interview acceptance letter. I believe you are in much more better position, if I could do it You can do it too.

2. How to prepare. Search for Global UGRAD interview questions and read your application carefully again. Try to think how would that person answer. The person they chose to be a semi-finalist . Come up with ideal answers and try to repeat your words from your own application.

3. Meditate. My dear friend please take care of your mental health. I know it is so stressful right now, so please take your time to believe in yourself. Go in YouTube and find your favorite before interview meditation guide. I found simple breathing techniques to be helpful.
