Rezyumelarda juda ko'p xatolar va keraksiz ma'lumotlar bo'ladi. Siz yaxshi va kerakli mutaxassis bo'lishingiz mumkin. Lekin siz rezyumeni to'g'ri yozmasangiz ish beruvchi siz haqingizdagi ma'lumotlarga tushunmaydi va sizning nomzodingiz chetda qolib ketadi. Rezyume to'ldirishda e'tibor berish kerak bo'lgan bir nechta narsalar;

Bunaqa keraksiz ma'lumotlar kuniga o'nlab rezyume o'qiyotgan HRni charchatadi;

4.Maintain good communication with all parties (including owners, supervisors, subcontractors, etc.) to solve on-site construction problems in a timely manner;
5. Assisting superiors to complete the preparation and summarization of project construction reports;
6. Ensure that safety measures are in place at the construction site and implement the company's HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management requirements;
7.Cooperate with the project manager to complete other work related to civil construction.
Job requirements:
1.Nationality: Uzbekistan:
2. Language skills: fluent in English and able to use it as a working language;
3. Professional skills: familiar with local construction codes and related standards in Uzbekistan;
4. Work experience: more than 1 year experience in construction management of PV power plants;
5. Educational requirements: college degree or above in civil engineering, structural engineering or related majors is preferred;
6. Professionalism: good organizational and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, work conscientiously and responsibly, able to complete tasks under pressure;
7. Other requirements: able to adapt to the project site working environment, strong execution and problem solving ability.

More than 3 years power plant for crane equipment mangement and steel strucuture construction experience or similar experience.
1.Lifting Equipment management skill or similar skill.
2.Experience in power plant steel structure and cladding construction.
3.Familiar with international mechanical standarand(ISO/EN).
4.Familiar with UZ laws and regulations precedence.
5.Proficiently operate office software

Customs clearance engineer
know well custom clearance requirement;at least 3 years custom clearance experience or at least 3 years purchasing experience, priority given to work experience in power plants.

2.Language requirements
Fluent English, It is best can speak Uzbek、Russian.
