This particular anime series shown in the picture will potentially become my favourite ever. When it comes to favouring one over the other, I oftentimes have hard time picking the most amazing and exhilarating series, but, this time, my hat is off to this one.

Following the completion of this anime series, I assure you that I will make up my mind and express my thoughts on the general plot.

For now, I am in two minds about staying up late for another episode or hitting the sack and visualizing the turn of events in my dreams.

Probably, you should read this article on "Selfishness" - several compelling explanations are offered as to whether people are by nature prone to prioritize their own interests over others and be selfish.

It is an enjoyable read. So buckle up!!!

Some people think that all university students should study whatever they like. Others believe that they should only be allowed to study subjects that will be useful in the future, such as those related to science and technology.

Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

University subject selection for students, in recent years, has become a controversial process with some people stating that students should be afforded the unrestricted freedom to choose their preferred field of study. However, others argue that disciplines deemed essential for future progress, such as science and technology, are thought to be suitable for university education. In my opinion, while STEM fields certainly benefit the national economy and contribute to global competitiveness of countries, it is noteworthy that discouraging students to pursue other types of subjects may have undesirable consequences. Instead, universities ought to encourage the study of science and technology as well as allow students to follow their interests.

Considering that contemporary industries heavily rely on technological and scientific advancements, prioritizing STEM fields undoubtedly boosts national revenue and helps countries stay industrially competitive on the global market. With universities offering programs of technological and scientific importance, the likelihood of fostering capable professionals in associated areas increases drastically, ultimately giving rise to economic growth. In this way, a workforce that is knowledgeable to handle technologies and devise creative applications of science is fostered. As a result, students’ university education creates a financially stable economy. Another key upside to selective university courses is global competitiveness, in which employees in different organizations support their home country by making pivotal contributions to medicine, science, technology and engineering. This, in turn, enhances the nation’s global image and standing.

However, having students learn only STEM fields results in a number of negative repercussions, influencing the society as a whole. Supposing that only a few students enroll in artistic courses, including sculpting, painting and literature, and social sciences, cultural enrichment and social reform may be stifled. Following this, people will potentially become less likely to emphasize on historical accounts and reflect on artworks. Arguably, over centuries, flaws in cultures and social structures have been satirically criticized in literary books, without which ethical values are to disappear and governmental regulations will never be questioned. In general, other types of disciplines in university education are just as crucial as science and engineering.

I believe that universities should take students’ interests into consideration and promote the study of high-demand fields at the same time. This particular approach enables young minds to follow their aspirations, surely encouraging creativity, persistence and motivation. For as long as humans are genuinely passionate about their profession, investing effort and time with the aim of excellence turns out to be relatively easier, compared to an undesirable occupation chosen for financial gains over life-long job satisfaction.

In conclusion, both ways of structuring university courses have merits; nevertheless, I uphold the view that selectively choosing university programs for students to forcibly enroll in, especially science and technology, seems unreasonable. Thus, drawing the interest of students into STEM fields and paying heed to their own preferences simultaneously is a viable solution.

A: Check these reports and sleep

B: Sleep, blissfully unaware that you have reports to check.

The correct answer is definitely Choice B 😅

Not a single comment to the ones in the video, except for those who believe "speaking section" has to be eliminated.

And btw, good evening (casually, nighty night) to the lazy people who want one or two sections of IELTS being totally removed.

Timing by niners is perfect! 😅

Guys, is anyone seeing the halo around the moon? It just looks so intriguing to go into scientifically.

The pie charts compare the amount of exported products between the US and Vietnam in terms of their monetary value given in millions.

Overall, as can be clearly concluded from the statistics in both charts, Vietnam expends relatively more money on exported items, the majority of which include technologies and components, while the US depends on Vietnam predominantly for food supplies.

In more detail, the first illustration depicts that exports associated with coffee are responsible for $23 million, surpassing those of other goods with regard to expenditure. Irrefutably, though not as significant as coffee, fruit and vegetables can be deemed as the second most exported product with $16 million. In contrast, spending on seafood and rice combined amounts to merely $8.7 million.

Vietnam, on the other hand, displays huge demand for technological commodities. To begin with, aircraft parts alone directed into Vietnam constitutes a whopping $72 million. Strikingly, export cars are reported to account for a negligible $6 million and machinery costs Vietnam roughly $30.5 million. Aside from tech-based goods, Vietnam receives fertilizer and cotton worth of $16.5 and $12 million, respectively.

though a bit scientific and mind-boggling, it is an enjoyable read/article.

It is important for everyone, including young people, to save money for their future. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Saving up for the future is highly suggested as the optimal course of action for people, particularly young individuals who are on the cusp of starting their independent life. While there is a common philosophical notion which states that living in the moment is indispensable for life-long happiness, I argue that unpredictability of what might occur in the future can only be addressed through financial stability and years of gradual savings and that striking a balance between saving and spending assists in gaining enjoyable experiences and also tending to unfortunate scenarios in the coming years.

On the one hand, the concept of taking pleasure in the present moment has roots that stretches back along the human history, and the key reasons why it is widely emphasized in every society are various, ranging from cultural beliefs to current global issues. Obviously, many ancient cultures popularized the idea of enjoying oneself to the fullest by any means, including spending financial resources on pleasurable experiences, thereby promoting this practice among members of a given society. Afterwards, it has remained at the centre of humans’ lives. One another yet equally important motive for expending excessive monetary resources on exhilarating activities is the fear of worldwide calamities in view of current political affairs and environmental issues. Frightened that wars might break out or that the planet will be incapable to support life anymore, some people set a fundamental goal of having as much fun and joyous moments as possible.

However, I believe that sudden financial upheavals are bound to emerge sooner or later in later life, requiring urgent action. Under these circumstances, people who have begun saving a certain amount of money on, for instance, a monthly basis early in life succeed in overcoming hurdles. One perfect example is the period during which young adults face financial constraints at a university. While students are reassured knowing that their savings will be of great assistance to pay student loans, others who have focused on immediate pleasure will resort to working a part-time job, which ultimately deteriorates their academic performance. Alternatively, predicting when illnesses are likely to appear or investments have to be briskly made is an inherently challenging task, and finance has to be directed into each issue.

Moreover, a solution that can potentially enable everyone, including young teenagers, to both have savings and achieve happiness in the moment is maintaining a balance in terms of the quantity of money spent and stored. For as long as a negligible quantity of money is expended on luxury items with people tracking their everyday spending and saving for their future, a balanced approach will be integrated into their routines.

In conclusion, human cultures, from ancient times, have cultivated the notion of living in the moment, which focuses on gaining enjoyable insights; though, in my opinion, financial security achieved through continuous savings is necessitated to cope with unpredictable situations. Additionally, balance had better be imposed to so that life-long satisfaction and sufficient savings can each be obtained.
