Recently I was listening to some podcast and there they said that every new technology that claims to overtake a job that is primarily done by humans usually when implemented increases demand for those professionals. For example, excel meant to make jobs of finance people easier and it was expected that number of those experts would shrink since their job got much easier but in reality their numbers just increased like never before. So hopefully those cs majors are going to get a good job given they can offer tangible value to the company even if AI would get better at coding.
