Female Uniform: Function or Fashion Show for People?

🩱 The logic is simple: the more sexualized the athletes, the more viewers—and the more eyes on ads and logos.


🏖️ A striking example is beach volleyball, where athletes compete in bikinis. In 2021, the Norwegian team played in shorts instead, protesting the sexualization of female athletes. For this, they were fined €1,700.

🇫🇷 During the Olympic Games in Paris, Nike faced backlash and refusals from female athletes after designing uniforms that barely covered the most essential areas.

Incredibly talented athletes are still judged merely as a beautiful picture…

How does it affect hormones and overall well-being?

🙂Unexpected Fact
During Ramadan, the body may slow down aging, strengthen the immune system, and reduce inflammation thanks to the process of autophagy— a natural mechanism that clears out damaged cell components. In 2016, this process was discovered by the Japanese scientist Yoshinori Ohsumi, who was awarded the Nobel Prize for it.


🙂Stomach Lining Cleansing

Intermittent fasting allows the stomach to rest from constant digestion. This helps cleanse from accumulated mucus and undigested food particles.

🙂Improved Insulin Levels and Blood Sugar Circulation

Fasting increases insulin sensitivity, helping the body regulate blood sugar more efficiently, leading to more stable energy levels throughout the day.
