🗓 According to the legislation, one of the parents of two or more children under the age of 12 or a disabled child under the age of 16, or a person replacing the parent, is granted additional paid leave of at least four calendar days per year.
📋 In this case, this leave can be added to the annual labor leave or used separately (in whole or in parts) from this leave during a period determined by agreement with the employer, but only during the relevant working year.
🚫 However, this leave cannot be transferred to the next working year or replaced with monetary compensation.
