As technology continuously improves, people have better access to information in both online and traditional ways. As a result, people have varying views about whether e-books are becoming common, which is making paper books extinct. Although both have their pros and cons, I can say that individuals may use both of them in the future accordingly, and I will discuss this in further paragraphs.

Admittedly, there are advocates for the disappearance of physical books for several reasons. One compelling reason is convenience and accessibility. Precisely, as they are easily portable, people can store thousands of books on a single device, such as laptops, e-readers, tablets, and even smartphones. This, in turn, could be ideal for people who love traveling. Moreover, people can easily download or purchase various genres of books with just a few taps without being limited by time or region. In addition, Not only can people read books online anywhere, but they can also adjust the background color, text sizes, and fonts to their preference. Furthermore, unlike printed books, electronic books are far more environmentally friendly. To be exact, traditional books require cutting down trees to produce paper, which further leads to devastating effects on the environment. However, by reducing the demand for paper, virtual books offer a perfect way of reducing the carbon footprint in the paper industry.

However, some believe that traditional books offer irreplaceable aspects for society. One contributing factor is the tangible experience that individuals may gain. To be exact, most people love the interaction of touching the pages, especially turning and smelling them, which makes them feel relaxed and calm. Therefore, they cannot imagine replacing this spectacular moment with an artificial one. Moreover, there is no harm to a person's overall well-being. Although individuals may damage their eyesight while reading books online by consuming ultraviolet light from gadgets, they never face this type of problem when using paper books. For example, according to some global research, almost 50–90% of digital book readers experience several health issues, such as digital eye strain, eye fatigue, headaches, and sleep disturbances, affecting thousands of people, especially those who read at night.

To conclude, although e-books provide greater convenience and accessibility, paper books offer an irreplaceable sensory experience, ensuring their continued relevance.

Some people think that e-books are the death of paper books, while others think that paper books will never disappear.

Nowadays, the desire to achieve success is almost universal, with people striving to excel in both their professional and personal lives. Taking risks is often seen as a crucial step toward reaching these goals, as it can lead to new opportunities and personal growth. I think the advantages can outweigh the disadvantages for several reasons.

Admittedly, testing the waters has its drawbacks. The prime one is the impact on relationships. Precisely, as people long for risk, they may often prioritize their career over family or close ones. This, in turn, leads to a loss of connection with them. As a result, they have to suffer from issues related to social life. For example, Joseph Guardiola is the coach of a football team in Manchester City. Now he is having rainy days. In detail, his wife decided to divorce him, since he draws his most attention to football. Moreover, risk can also lead to stressful behavior. This means it is obvious that while trying different things, individuals may be isolated from others. They only think about what to do after taking the next step to make everything better without paying attention to others, which often makes them feel down and upset. For example, my brother loves being bold. After all, he regularly forgets about his family and most of the time we find him crying or overthinking alone. These exemplify the negative aspects of risk-taking.

However, there are more advantages that may guarantee a better lifestyle for people. One of them has to do with increased confidence. To be more precise, when individuals decide to push boundaries, they face a variety of ways. Even though they may struggle, feel confused, or fail, importantly, they gain experience. That means they have deep knowledge and the next time they want to try something, they can act confidently, as they have enough knowledge. For instance, musicians create different types of songs. In this way, their music may sometimes not be considered well-composed. However, they never stop composing them, since they can learn the preferences of people through this experience.
Another benefit of venturing is personal growth. That is to say that risks urge individuals to go out of their comfort zone. By doing this, they can disclose their inner talents, learn various skills, and gain experience. After facing difficulties and eliminating them, they may achieve success in the end. Elon Musk is a prime example of personal growth through risk-taking. Early in his career, he co-founded PayPal, which became a massive success. However, instead of staying within the comfort of this achievement, Musk sold the company and took a significant risk by reinvesting his earnings into new ventures, such as SpaceX, and Tesla. These explain why it is high on the list of people to risk.

In conclusion, taking chances is essential for individuals in both their careers and personal lives. In my opinion, risk-taking is more advantageous in terms of personal growth and strengthened confidence level.

It is important for people to take risks, both in their professional lives and their personal lives.
Do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages?

As the cost of houses and the opportunities of renting houses is improving, most individuals tend to avoid buying houses. In my opinion, advantages such as flexibility and less responsibility can not outweigh the disadvantages, including long-term costs and uncertainty.

Admittedly, renting houses can yield numerous benefits for society. The prime advantage is flexibility. Precisely, it allows tenants for greater mobility. They can relocate without any limitations when they need to go another place owing to their job. To do this, there is no bureaucracy or additional payments compared to buying a home itself. Another merit is less-responsibility. This means there are most landlords who require potential repairs and extra taxes. This, in turn, can be a burden for the individuals who want to borrow the home. As an example, according to some researches in the UK, thousands of residents suffer from extra payments for their apartments. These factors suggest leasing could be a golden option for people.

However, there are also disadvantages of renting that limit people from enjoying benefits. One of the primary drawback is long-term costs. To be exact, most householders offer their flats for a long time, which leads to further costs. The more time passes, the more renting itself also increases, making it more difficult to pay. Also, properts values may rise according to a location, especially in city centres. Take, the US, as an example. On average, rental prices in the U.S. increase by about 3% to 5% annually, depending on factors like inflation, housing demand, and regional market conditions. Moreover, uncertainty could be another disadvantage. That means although tenants do all payments in time, they may face some difficulties. Landlords might demand more rent prices that can be impossible for tenants to give. Also, they are more likely to be evicted by apartment owners. In this case, they could have no choice but to find another place to live. For instance, in India, In India, both eviction rates and rental costs have exhibited notable trends in recent years. In detail, approximately 738,438 individuals are forcibly evicted from their homes and they suffer from the increasing trend of rental prices with 14.6% annualy. By considering these numbers, individuals witness more cons of leasing.

In conclusion, in certain countries, the majority of people choose to rent their homes instead of purchasing them. While renting offers various advantages, it does not always ensure positive outcomes, as it comes with drawbacks like instability and higher expenses over time.

In some countries, most people prefer to rent their homes rather than buying them.
Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

As the world's population grows more and more, the need for houses increases daily. As a result, most recreational areas may be given to other sectors to develop more residential areas, businesses, or economies despite the value the public gives them. In my opinion, governments should prioritize the preservation of public parks to accommodate the needs of a growing population while exploring alternative methods instead of restricting those areas for several reasons.

Admittedly, activity centers can yield numerous benefits for society. The prime factor is ecological and health-related benefits. To be precise, public parks are always surrounded by greenery, which produces oxygen and provides fresh air. Since these places are often cleaned and various types of trees are planted, the atmosphere is better. Therefore, most people occasionally visit there to rest or escape from the hectic pace of life. This, in turn, helps individuals release their stress and anxiety, leading to a healthier lifestyle. For example, Central Park, located in the US, is a global symbol of urban green spaces and has been featured in countless movies, TV shows, and cultural works, making it instantly recognizable. According to some statistics, it encourages thousands of people to keep fit regularly.

As simple as it sounds, countries had better find other ways to alleviate the issue with residential zones without harming the green space. One of these effective ways is vertical housing. In this way, houses are built upwards. It not only accommodates more people within the same land area, making it ideal for densely populated cities, but the price is also lower. Moreover, it also includes shared amenities like gyms, parks, and community spaces within the building, enhancing residents' quality of life. As an example, China is the leading country in using this method to accommodate their nearly one and a half billion population. The Pearl River Tower is a sustainable skyscraper that incorporates energy-efficient technologies; and it includes houses apartments, offices, and recreational spaces.

In conclusion, while many people appreciate the value of public parks, some believe these spaces could be repurposed for residential developments to address the growing population or for businesses to stimulate economic growth. However, in my view, governments should focus on preserving public parks to meet the needs of a growing population while seeking alternative solutions instead of limiting these green spaces.

Although many people value their public parks, this space could be better used for other purposes such as residential areas for the ever-growing population or to develop business and boost economies.

In today’s world full of conflicts and threats, maintaining safety among people is a top priority. Many individuals claim the government should invest more money in defense; however, they argue that the amount of funds allocated to public benefits should be restricted. In my opinion, while governments should spend money on defense, the funding allocated for societal benefits should also be increased for several reasons.

There are some reasons why I think the amount of money should be increased for defense. One of the prime reasons is external threats. Nowadays, there are many wars and conflicts among countries. They often argue with each other about export rates, political issues, or social circumstances, highlighting the crucial importance of defensive tools. Unless these conflicts are resolved peacefully, countries must strengthen their military power. As a result, governments may need to divert funds that could be used elsewhere, such as agriculture, education, and businesses. The more attention they pay to this field, the better results they are likely to achieve. Take Russia as an example. This country, located in both Europe and Asia, was one of the most powerful countries in the world. Over the years, it has improved its military capabilities to eliminate any threats. However, other sectors besides the military are not well-funded. Consequently, while Russia ranks second globally in terms of defense capabilities, its overall development in other sectors has suffered.

However, in my opinion, countries must not reduce the funding allocated to public welfare. First, they have to provide their residents with basic needs. For instance, in some countries, many people lack sufficient opportunities to make a living, as they may not have a future-promising job. If citizens do not have enough money to live better, it leads to negative consequences, such as increasing poverty rates and poor health. Additionally, countries also need to improve their education. That means if governments allocate funding to this field, they manage ti enhance economic growth as well. Therefore, people must have better knowledge in all spheres. Unless residents are well-educated, have enough chances to earn money, and have access to an advanced medical system, it is impossible to develop safety in the country. Take Japan, one of the most developed countries in the world, as an example. People in this country have great access to well-organized education, healthcare, culture, and other systems. The government mostly pays attention to meeting people’s basic needs and trying to eliminate any threat that can cause damage to their population. By considering these factors, spending more money on public welfare is vital.

In conclusion, most people suggest a great deal of money should be spent on defensive systems to maintain safety among people; however, they say that the government should lower the amount of funding for public benefits. In my opinion, it is important to address societal issues by improving resources.
