Well, let me express what I feel about CEFR while being brutally honest. This girl certainly deserved C1, proving it with double 75s in listening and reading. We have even heard of the cases when people still got B2 in writing while giving their responses in Uzbek. All these cases will lead me to ask the following questions:
•Do they really check speaking and writing answers?
•If so, are those examiners qualified enough to do so?
•Is there any organization that takes the responsibility for the misconduct of examiners?
•How can three people take the speaking test in one room without getting disturbed by one another?
•Do those test makers know the real difference between B2 and C1 while preparing listening and reading materials?
In no way am I negative asking these questions as possibly I am not the only one having them. To my mind, the test center is not able to handle the high volume of test takers, hence the reason for such misconducts. In any case, it would be better if they were more professional.
