Today, we learnt punctuation in EBWR SAT. It was not that easy, actually. One thing that caught my attention was that I had never thought about commas, semicolons or dashes in my IELTS writing😂. So, it was kind of a new experience for me, but learning and knowing how to use them gives you a strong writing advantage, which makes you stand out.

Today, we talk about ACCOUNTING. What is accounting?, How many types are there? and also explore the chief difference between accounting and finance.

Accounting is the process of keeping financial records, summarizing tax tuitions and reporting financial transactions to regulators and oversight agencies. In short words, it is more like an information science. It is much more practical than theoretical, that is, you learn it better with the help of internship rather than lectures. Accounting is not just about recording and reporting but more of an analyzing sales and purchases, also. Every business needs reliable data to make wise decisions and accounting is, indeed, like a language of the business.

Let's move onto the types of accounting with brief description of each branch. First one is a managerial or management accounting. It collects data and deliver it to the manager. This data, in turn, helps managers to take decisions regarding a company's development. Next, Financial and cost accounting, they are actually the same, focusing on investment and spending. Finally, we have forensic accounting which mainly associated with legal fields, financial crimes and also tax regulation of companies.

As far as the difference between accounting and finance is considered, while the former responds for track of money, the latter directs attention to investment and financial planning.

Recently, i have read an article about studying abroad ( mostly upsides of it) .

Getting a degree from a foreign university can be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Students from all over the world are increasingly venturing across borders in search of higher education. but why do students want to study abroad regardless of high tuition fees and living expenses? The first reason is, in many US universities, there are some subjects ( majors) and courses that are unavailable in Uzbekistan. Let's take neuroscience as an example, this intricate subject is almost new to local universities. That being said, there may be some institutions with adequate materials and teachers but this just makes up approximately 2-3 %. The real experts of these demanding yet intellectually rigorous disciplines are mostly in top research colleges (research.com).

I always tell my students that good readers are also good writers. My writing was 6.5 in IELTS back then but now i am pushing to improve as much as i can both academically and socially. So guys i will share my thoughts and things that i learn when i read an article. Hope, we can get a mutual benefit as readers also can get an invaluable information in terms of academic stuff, for instance.
