"This week will decide our future!!"

No, it won't. What you do today will decide your future. And most interestingly, you don't have a future if it's linked to your college degree.

Have a good evening

In the sound of fireworks, I found the courage to get out of Google Docs to wish you all a happy New Year. Your presence in this channel is what drives me to share my thoughts that usually don't get shared personally. Thank you for being in this channel. I wish you all success in achieving your goals, but most importantly, I wish you inner peace. Once again, happy New Year!

I will reflect on this year after a few days; I have a lot to share!

As I remember, this photo was taken during the first big meet up of SC. It would be fair to post it alongside the first IVY acceptance of SC.

Congratulations, Abdulaziz💪

The cruelest and worst prison a person can find themselves in is built from the bricks of regret and missed opportunities. “If only… I should have done it back then…”

Try not to fall into this trap, because the most harrowing torture is the one you inflict on yourself in your own mind. There’s no escape, no place to hide…

Seize opportunities and take action — again and again—because that’s the only way to give yourself a chance to, in your old age, as life draws to its close, find harmony within yourself and face death with a peaceful smile.

"I sometimes wonder if life is really as simple as it seems. Phones, video games and all of the doesn't matter. Just get out in nature, meditate, try and talk to God, because this stuff can and will change you. Have a good day."

1. Time passes; it’s all about decisions.
It’s about whether you will do something or not, and you better hurry with it; time doesn’t wait. If you act, it’s win or win (experience or gain); if you don’t, you are very likely to regret.

2. Comparison is the thief of joy and progress.
I wrote about this earlier. There is no point in comparing yourself to those who don’t live your life—those who wake up every day in a different world, both internally and externally. You do you.

3. Principles shape us.
Principles and habits form who we are, but habits can be transformed more easily than principles. We should always have principles to stand by, a substance in our being that keeps our fluid existence in shape.

4. Always look for internal.
Our chase for materialism never ends: today you want 10k, tomorrow 100k, the next day 1 million, and it continues, creating an endless loop of chasing happiness. Tie your happiness and success to something that can’t be taken away or broken—something inside of you. I believe that worlds of materialism are destroyed by materialism.

5. Life is wasted if it’s not rethought.
We are social beings, born into societies; therefore, our minds pursue what society pursues. We should question everything—our decisions, goals, principles, habits—making sure they are truly “ours.”

On "Competitive Culture"

It's a poison. The world we are living in has made us all so alike that we compete to find out who is less alike; interestingly, we still combat on the same battlefield. I believe human psychology leads us to accept that everyone is the same, that everyone needs to follow the same path, and that the one who gets ahead of everyone is the "unique" one. But no.

These people aren't unique; they are just the top level of "others." This type of person can be easily ruined when they continue to be outcompeted, realizing they weren't special. Everyone is different; everyone is unique. No one's fingerprint is similar to someone else's, yet these people have decided that to show their superiority and uniqueness, they must race with others in the same way. Pathetic.

Months ago, I viewed these people positively, but today, I feel sad for them, and I believe they feel the same about me too. They are so alike that they find others equal to themselves to compete against.

Some of them will see me as a loser, someone who is trying to accept failure in this "competition." But I see myself as someone who has stopped to look around and realized that this is not for me. You can't call yourself unique and compete with thousands who share the same ambitions and motivations; no, that's wrong.

My message to those "competitive" people is to compete with yourself. Don't compete with others, because it takes one "zo'rdan zo'ri" to break a few parts of your character. And for those competing with themselves, good luck! But please make sure you don't see "yourself" in others; it's just a way to mask it.

P.S. Some will find this post from me quite ironic, but it is what it is. Some will say I'm slowly preparing for college admissions—xudo biladi. I don't know. I wrote what I realized recently.
Just don't base your life on others. At the end of the day, it's "your" life.

Xar-xil “bo‘lmagan” blogerlarni o‘qituvchilar va doktorlardan ancha ko‘proq pul topishini doim muammolik masala deb bilardim, va doim shu gapimga “Bloger qilgan ishlarni, o‘qituvchilar va doktorlar qila olmaydi” degan javobni eshitardim.

Va bugun man bu narsa to‘g‘riligini angladim.

O‘qituvchi, va doktor bo‘lish uchun qattiq o‘qish kerak, va atrofdagilarga yordam berishga xohish bo‘lishi kerak.
Lekin yomon narsalarni targ‘ibot qiladigan bloger bo‘lish uchun siz ko‘proq harakat qilishingiz kerak, nimaga? Chunki hammayam pul va “подписчиклар” uchun o‘zini odamiyligidan voz kechmaydi, hammayam o‘zini yoshlarning ongini zaxarlaydigan "propaganda" qo‘lida o‘yinchoq bo‘lib qolishiga rozi bo‘lmaydi, hammayam o‘zini umrini xalqni saviyasini pasaytirishga bag‘ishlamaydi, va hammayam o‘zini shuncha ishlaridan keyin oqlab ololmaydi.

Birinchi martda O‘zbekchada katta post yozishim, agar u-bu grammatik xatolikni ko‘rsangiz bemalol comments’da yozavering.

I believe there is always gain and loss. There is nothing that can only benefit us or disadvantage us. At the same time, I don’t think that the good and bad sides vary that much. It’s a question of bias. The loss of an occurrence seems so dramatic not because it truly is, but because of those around us see it this way. So the next time you think you’ve lost something big, just remember that you may have gained something bigger and better; you might just be too blind to see it.

Sometimes we lose something so we don’t lose ourselves.

— Madness is the exception in individuals but the rule in groups. (Nietzsche)

@Inkspirify

Nearly everyone subscribed to my channel is related to college admissions. My life these days revolves around college admissions; my surroundings are also connected to this topic.

Through conversations with my friends, I realized that the biggest benefit of the admissions process is not just about getting accepted; it’s about knowing yourself. It turns out that many of my friends don't truly know themselves. Their goals often feel meaningless when they ask themselves “Why?” and follow it with another “Why?” They tend to follow others’ paths, never pausing to ask themselves why they are doing so.

Most of the reasons behind their desire to study XYZ at XYZ, or why they want to achieve XYZ, aren't their own. They were given these reasons. They were told to pursue these paths and were provided with reasons to do so. Perhaps this is why they feel sad or unsuccessful in their work. Who would be happy doing something they don’t understand for reasons that aren't their own?

Think. Don’t just do. Reflect on why you chase those goals. Are they yours? Is the reasoning behind them yours? Or did you see how others were doing this and decide to follow suit?

Fish can't climb, monkeys can't fly, and birds can't swim.

Aside from the 'there is nothing we can do' meme, this song is beautiful indeed.
