Meet the Resplendent Quetzal 🕊️
Since quetzals don’t have beaks as strong as woodpeckers or toucans to make holes in living wood, they’ll find a hole that’s already been started by another bird and will make it bigger to raise their young. Or, they may make a hole from the softer wood of a rotten tree.
