✔️According to the legislation, the criteria for mass layoffs of employees include:
🔹liquidation of an organization of any organizational and legal form (its separate division) with 20 or more employees;
🔹reduction in the number of employees (staff) on the following scale:
🏷 from 50 or more employees within 30 calendar days;
🏷 from 200 or more employees within 60 calendar days;
🏷 500 or more employees within 90 calendar days.
⚠️However, local government bodies may suspend the decision on mass layoffs of employees for up to 6 months, while partially or fully compensating the employer for losses incurred as a result of this delay.
