✨ 8th Annual Event of Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) 🎓

On December 20, 2024, the Annual Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) event was held within the framework of the International Erasmus+ Conference titled "Perspectives of Higher Education Development in Uzbekistan." This conference marked the 30th anniversary of fruitful cooperation between the European Union and Uzbekistan in higher education under the Tempus (1994–2014) and Erasmus+ (2014–2024) programmes.

🤝 A Regional Celebration
We were honored to welcome delegations from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan, reflecting a shared commitment to improving higher education across the region.

🌱 TAM Seminar: Advancing Green Education in Uzbekistan 🌍

On December 26-27, the National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan, together with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation and TIIAME National Research University, hosted an online seminar on Green Education Concepts & Strategies in Higher Education.

This two-day event was part of the Erasmus+ Programme’s Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) activities and brought together experts and educators to discuss sustainability in universities and solutions to environmental challenges like the Aral Sea crisis.

🗒 Key Highlights:

🔹Dr. Nur Orak from Marmara University (Turkey) shared practical steps for creating green campuses.
🔹Dr. Ayaz Mammadov from Western Caspian University (Azerbaijan) discussed global approaches to sustainability in education.
🔹Participants explored ways to integrate green practices into higher education and manage environmental issues locally and globally.
