To anyone applying to universities in US for class of 2030, I would really suggest to take at least 2-3 APs. Primarily, calc BC, physics 1, chem. If it is too overwhelming you may just do calc and physics. Also ideally you may want to transfer to some public school in rural area and bribe the principal and just study APs and work on your ECs at home.
