Task2: Many criminals commit further crime as soon as they are released from prison. What do you think are the causes of this? What possible solutions can you suggest?
Over the last few decades, there has been a dramatic increase in crime cases, which occurred because of criminals who were discharged from jail and have not changed their lifestyles. Although the government's less attentive approach is the main contributor to this challenge, controlling and supporting criminals' lives having been released from jailhouses could be a practical measure to eliminate this problem. The aim of this essay is to analyse both of the perspectives as well as my personal logical conclusion.
On the one hand, the paramount trigger associated with this trend is the lack of control over the offenders by the governments. In other words, after it has been released, many villains are challenged to find their way in social life, as there is fear among people, so they cannot find a strategy to earn money, except for committing crimes. A prime example of this is that in terms of the survey, which was taken among offenders, the main reason to break laws again is the supportlessness of the government and people. As a consequence, since they have no alternative choice for living, they have to commit crimes.
On the other hand, the best way to cope with the problem is to create opportunities in order for criminals to pave the way in social life. It is an undeniable fact that if the authorities provide them with satisfying jobs, it would allow them to improve their status, and it may decrease the possibility of engaging in crime. For instance, in Uzbekistan, the government helps these people to find work, such as by providing them with workplaces in state factories. As a result, the countries not only would enhance the lives of the ex-offenders but also will have personnel.
In conclusion, while myriads of obvious causes may be the breeding ground of the observed issue, wise action by government may effectively tackle it.
