There is a strong debate about how the government should expend funds. Most people claim a great deal of money is being wasted on exploring lives on other planets since the government had better allocate finances to tackling public issues. In my opinion, space exploration is not a waste of money, as it may offer a possibility of a second life beyond Earth and other technological advancements can be useful on Earth. However, public problems should also be considered, because it has a direct impact on people’s lives

There are several reasons why tackling public issues is vital. Nowadays, people face a variety of problems. They suffer from poor health or even lose their jobs while alleviating those problems. If the government does not provide any solutions, it can can lead to negative results. One of the most striking issues in society is poverty. To be exact, in undeveloped or developing areas or even developed countries, the unemployed rate remains high, because there may not be enough job opportunities or they may have a lack of knowledge in any sphere. Moreover, in certain areas, such as African countries, it is nearly impossible to find enough future promising jobs for all citizens. By considering these factors, governments had better create jobs or give a helping hand, providing them with necessary things. This, in turn, leads to guaranteeing the financial stability of people.

However, exploring space offers a potential solution for humanity’s survival whenever catastrophic events, such as earthquakes, global warming, and asteroid collisions. Precisely, nowadays, more and more global problems are occurring across the world. Most of the time, humanity is not capable of preventing these issues, which leads to unexpected results. Therefore, most countries dedicate too much money to finding another life in space. For example, NASA, an American organization responsible for searching out life on Mars. So far, the company has managed to do a lot of work like finding some remains that indicate probability of life. Moreover, learning about space also suggests the improvement of technology. That is to say that, not only do scientists invent gadgets that are essential for exploration, but also those tools could be helpful for Earth. With the help of them, researchers can improve safety and bring other benefits. For instance, GPS is a technology that helps people to locate anywhere or find directions; and it is considerably supportive in medicine and tracking. MRI can be another example. This enables doctors to diagnose most diseases invisible to the eyes. These merits suggest that cosmic investigation is crucial.

In conclusion, many people argue that a significant amount of money is being wasted on cosmic research, suggesting that these resources would be better utilized in addressing societal challenges. However, I believe that interstellar exploration is not a misuse of money, as it could provide humanity with an opportunity for survival beyond Earth. At the same time, public issues must be prioritized, as they have an immediate and profound impact on people’s lives.

However, the figure for producing paper and packaging showed the opposite trend. It started at about 235 in 1980, and this was followed by a further rise to 250 in 1990, before reaching a peak of 350, the highest percentage in the chart, in the last year

Nowadays, it is crucial for individuals to allocate their time efficiently, and it is said that students who study full-time ought to expend most of their time on learning, however, they should also be engaged in various types of activities. I absolutely agree with this notion in terms of advanced intelligence and overall growth as well.

There are many reasons why I think that spending a lot of time on learning is important. The primary reason is advanced intelligence. Precisely, when students expend their most time on studying, they are able to reduce the amount of time allocated to other activities, which limit them to study more. Therefore, they have enough time to learn different kinds of subjects, leading to expanding their knowledge in any field. This means, they can try variety of fields instead of being limited on one sphere. As a consequence, the more experience they gain, the more well-educated they become.

However, if they were to participate in other events, they can guarantee the chance of fostering their overall growth. To be more exact, they can have social experience, since they strike up a conversation with others, making the opportunity to make friends. Moreover, they can also share different ideas with each other, which is the framework of opening a lot of doors to share the same tastes among individuals. Thus, it ensures them to look at the world from a different angle as they communicate with people who both have similar character and totally opposite ones as well. As a result, not only can students develop new talents by dealing with different situations, but also they are able to broaden their horizon, being improved in each field.

In conclusion, most individuals state that students who study full-time distribute a great deal of time to study, at the same time, they ought to be engaged in various activities. The layout showcases the current plan and what changes will take place in the library in the future.

Overall, the library has now witnessed various design changes, including the expansion of its size and more space for children. Moreover, the library is expected to be modernized by introducing a new computer room. Despite all alterations, the western side of the area is planned to remain unchanged.

Delving into the details of the current plan, an only entrance is located to the southwest. On the eastern side, there are two kid’s books, fantasy, and mystery sectors from the south to the north, where children can have a good time by reading different types of books. Alongside the fantasy row, there are places in the north for both genders to relax. Romance and thriller sectors are situated to the west. The only seating place is located at the heart of the building.

Moving on to the next plans, the building is forecast to be enlarged, being separated into a main area and a new building. In the main area, the current fantasy sector is expected to be between the two restrooms’ doors. In the new location, a new staffroom with its entrance, where employees can rest or have a meal together, alongside with a store is situated in the northeast corner. There is a new place for children, including two kid’s books sectors to the northern and southern corners with some seats opposite to southern kid’s books. In the future, individuals have access to technology with the help of a new large computer room in the south. Additionally, people can move into the main area via the computer room and the kid’s area, and the other amenities are foreseen to be left unchanged.
