📱 Test sinovidan muvaffaqiyatli o‘tgan talabgorlar o‘z sertifikatlarini my.gov.uz sayti orqali elektron tarzda yuklab oladilar.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to share my concerns regarding the IELTS course I recently attended at your learning center. While I appreciate the commitment of the teaching staff, I must express that the course did not meet my expectations, and I believe there are several areas where improvements could be made for the benefit of future learners.

Firstly, I found the course materials to be outdated and not comprehensive enough, particularly in the areas of listening and speaking practice. The resources used during the course did not adequately reflect the format or difficulty level of the actual IELTS exam. Additionally, the teaching approach seemed overly focused on theoretical knowledge, with limited opportunities for practical application, especially in speaking and writing. This lack of hands-on practice made it difficult to develop the fluency and confidence needed for the exam.

To address these issues, I would suggest several improvements. Firstly, updating the course materials to include more authentic IELTS practice tests, as well as incorporating more interactive activities like mock speaking tests, would better prepare students for the actual exam experience. Additionally, I recommend implementing a more balanced approach to teaching, with equal focus on all four components of the IELTS exam: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Incorporating group discussions, peer reviews, and personalized feedback would also help students refine their skills in a more practical setting.

Furthermore, I would encourage the inclusion of regular mock exams under timed conditions to help students build exam stamina and improve their time management skills. This could be followed by detailed feedback sessions, where students can review their mistakes and learn from them. Offering additional one-on-one support for students struggling in specific areas would also greatly improve the learning experience.

By implementing these changes, I am confident that the quality of the course would improve significantly, helping future learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the IELTS exam. I hope you will consider these suggestions in order to enhance the overall learning experience at your center.
