🛬 Post-flight comeback

👨‍💻Having been fully disconnected for 24 hours due to the flights, I am gradually getting back to work -- the exam is 2 days away!

🎒Due to the travel inconveniences, I've been unable to shot the predictions video yet, but I'll try my best to share it within 6-12 hours.

🙏Thanks for your patience, exam-takers!

Social Media Supermen/women🦸‍♂️

One goes on Instagram and ultimately ends up seeing a young lady cracking a band 8.0 on the IELTS, a dude scoring 1550+ on the SAT, or a gent getting into a TOP uni.

Why am I so average? Do I really have what it takes to succeed? What's wrong with me?

- He starts questioning his own self-worth.

However, that band 8.0 lady, who posted her result on her social media page, never posted anything about her failed mock attempts, laundry lists of pronunciation feedback, or tons of essays to analyze.

Similarly, the 1550+ dude never shared his sleepless nights memorizing hundreds of thousands of new words, reflecting on his countless mistakes from the previous Bluebook test, or doing 100+ practice questions on damn perplexing Advanced Math and Geometry.

And finally, our TopUni admit, who dared to post his acceptance letter, never told you - a follower - how many drafts of a single first paragraph he wrote, how many months were spent on the final research paper, or how many rejections he had overcome before being accepted.

One successful case is a descendant of hundreds of failed attempts.

Nothing is wrong with you: you just haven't failed as many times as needed to take off.

Dear fellow muslims,

May the sacred month of Ramadan bring you and your family joy, inner peace, and, most importantly, fear of the God.

May the God make your fasting most rewarding and your observations least tiring.

🎉Happy Ramadan🎉

Sincerely,
Parviz

👋, everyone

As you are all well-aware, we're running a session on difficult math questions from Bluebook Test 9️⃣ tomorrow at 8️⃣:3️⃣0️⃣🔤🔤 (GMT+5). I'd like to briefly describe how the session will be organized.

Tomorrow, we'll provide you with a student/teacher perspective for the first time: every single question will be solved by a March exam taker (our offline student), and I'll comment on their performance and showcase my own solution.

Rather than long, comprehensive calculations by hand, I'll accentuate Desmos-facilitated solutions that can save you an ample amount of time during the exam.

🙌 Every single one of you are invited to our session tomorrow.
[Confirm your attendance with a reaction]

"Exam takers, you'll regret your eternity if you skip it tomorrow!"

Sincerely,
👨‍💻Parviz!

The Devil at Play

Past a certain threshold, your achievements won't bring you more friends; rather, they instill a sense of jealousy, therefore capping, or cutting, the number of existing companions.

This established, yet unfortunate, truth reveals an intriguing aspect of the foundamental human nature, which has been shaped through millennial experience: the other outperforming you might mean your power dislocation.

Since competition, in different senses, have been ingrained in our communal lifestyle, we can't develop genuine friendships with powerful entities: instead, we tend to perceive them as a potential rival or threat.

This personality fabric is considered a fundamental material in character construction; thus, its removal mandates an effortful, conscious series of actions. Even then, we can only manage to suppress this trait but not eradicate it.

Forward from: Amirbek's Channel🪐
Studying shouldn't be fun. It must be fun.

Recently, I caught myself choosing calculus instead of watching Youtube. Not because I had to, but because I wanted to. I analyzed the situation and figured that leaning is no longer a pain but a dopamine-bringing activity.

I can't imagine preferring game-clubs, Youtube videos, or "modern" entertainment to learning, especially calculus and physics.

I invite all of you to not take learning as a responsibility, but a favorite activity.

Among all the opportunities being provided, the best privilege for the youth is to be #1 on the national affairs' agenda.

I dare you to be fighters, not onlookers, in the face of the problems besetting our country. Every single one of you, when united, will transform into the inviolable power that I rely on.

- Our Leader inspired us.

Having been offered many more assets, we, the meeting attendees and all Uzbek youth, were further motivated to reach our full potential and contribute to The Third Renaissance that Mr. President and His team are determined to establish.

A decade or two will pass, but I know Ulugh Bek, Al-Khwarizmi, and Al-Farabi will definitely reemerge...

- Mr. President reassured us.

Having seen my resolute peers, I believe that The Third Renaissance, which we are trusted to build, is imminent.

We must be grateful to Our Leader for offering immense opportunities, from financial incentives to spiritual encouragement, and double our efforts of self-realization.

🧐I've got a quirky drill for SAT students; let's test your grasp of Standard English Conventions 📖

I've read through the English version of flight instructions and fixed all but 1️⃣ punctuation error.

Try to figure it out and correct it in the comments 👇👇👇

If you want a high score, listen to Beethoven.

Reflecting on this post, I realized back in high school, our teacher used to put on classic music during breaks and make us "enjoy" the melodic experience...

However, I personally have no music preferences (rarely do I listen to songs - e.g. while in taxi)

👨‍💻Bluebook Practice Test 7 Analysis

⌛️Time: 8:00 pm

Duration: 55-70 min

📆Date: Tuesday, 11th February

📌Location: Telegram Video Chat

📝Description: I've selected the most difficult questions from EBRW and Math sections of the brand-new Practice test 7. And in tomorrow's life session, I'll showcase how I would solve them under the exam conditions. That is, you'll witness how I approach questions without background prep before the session. In the initial 40-50 min, I will go over the pre-selected questions. Then, I'll allocate 20-30 min, answering your questions. You can prepare questions, ranging from general to specific ones, to be answered by me.
