Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified History Lecturer who can deliver high-quality, engaging history lessons in English to undergraduate students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in world history, an interest in environmental history or related fields, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in the context of climate change and sustainability.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in History, Environmental History, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of Uzbek or Russian is an advantage.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of world history, environmental history, and global historical trends, with an ability to connect historical topics to contemporary climate and environmental issues.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment: Passion for teaching, mentoring, and contributing to academic and research initiatives in the field of climate change and environmental studies.
