🔖 According to the legislation, if a passenger is not allocated a seat on a passenger train (except for intercity trains) according to the purchased ticket, the departure station draws up an act on the basis of the passenger's request and the full cost of the ticket will be immediately refunded.
📋 Also, if the passenger is allocated a seat in a lower category carriage on the same passenger train, the difference between the amount of ticket for the train ride and the actual cost of the seat provided in that carriage is refunded.
🖥 Refunds for tickets issued through the automated ticket sales system will be made at any station, regardless of the station at which they were issued.
